Detailed Step By Step
VIP Dinner Show Extravaganza
- Navigate to the “Buy Passes” webpage on the SDM website.
- Select the Ticket Icon “VIP Dinner Show Extravaganza”.
- The Boxoffice VIP page appears
- Identify the desired Group Section on the seating chart.
- “Select Group Section”.
- A list of Group Names will appear in the drop down menu
- Select the Group Name that matches the Coupon Code provided buy the Sponsor.
- Select ‘Done’
- Select the Ticket Icon “VIP Dinner Show Extravaganza”.
- Select “Choose Seats (0)”
- A dialog box will appear containing one or more tables surrounded by TEN seat positions. (See pic)
- The top of the table icon faces the front.
- The green seat positions are available,
- The gray seat positions are not available.
- Identify the desired Group Table.
- Position the mouse pointer over the desired seat position and click once.
- The Seat will turn red to indicate that it has been selected.
- Choose the button “Select Seats (1)”.
- The Dialog box will close.
- Choose the button “Add to Cart”.
- A dialog box will appear at the top of the screen
- It will contain a list of items to be purchased.
- Choose the “View Cart” button.
- The Shopping Cart appears.
- Verify the Product, Quantity and Price.
- Enter the coupon code into the “Group Name Coupon Code” input box.
- Choose the “Apply coupon” button.
- Verify that the coupon code has been applied.
- Choose the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
- The “Checkout” page appears.
- Enter the “Billing details” of the purchaser.
- Red * asterisks indicates required fields.
- Enter the Attendee’s information if different.
- Enter Payment Information
- Choose the “Place Order” button.
- Enter the “Billing details” of the purchaser.
- A PDF Ticket” will be sent to the email address supplied.
- Access the PDF ticket sent to email.
- Verify
- “Table name:”
- “Seat:”
- Attendee Info
- Bring the PDF Ticket to the SDM Registration desk when arriving at the event.
