  • Access the “Buy Passes” webpage on the SDM website.
  • Select the “Registration” Ticket Icon.
    • The DanceConvention website appears.
  • Select the “Create Account” button.
    • Enter Name and email account.
    • Create account.
    • “Preferred Role”
      • Leader
      • Follower
    • Enter Country of Residence
    • Enter Postal Code
    • Enter City State
    • Other info optional
  • Read Terms of Service
    • Checkbox “I understand and accept the terms of Service.”
    • Checkbox “I am Human”
  • Select the “Register’ Button
  • Check your email.
    • “Your Registration has been successfully completed. Please check your email for account activation message. Note that you’ll need to activate your account before you can begin using the system.”
  • Retrieve the email from the email account that you provided.
    • “To activate your account click here”
    • “Your account has been successfully activated”.
    • The DanceConvention app appears
  • Select “Home”
  • Select “Swing Dance Mania”
  • Select the “Register” Button.
  • “Confirm and Continue” that the account is yours
  • Select the “Ticket” to purchase
    • Select the “Save and Continue” button.
  • Select “Competitions”
    • A text box appears to enter your WSDC number
  • Select the Pencil & Paper icon.
    • A pop up box appears.
  • Enter your WSDC number.
    • If you do not know your number look it up:
    • If you do not have a number, you can only enter the Newcomer or Novice level competitions. Your number will then be emailed to you after the results are recorded.
  • Select “Save Affiliation”
  • Select “+Add Competition”
  • Select “Competition group”
    • JnJ
    • Strictly
    • Pro-Am
  • Select the division that you have achieved
  • Select role
    • Leader
    • Follower
  • Select the “Save Competition” button.
  • Repeat for each competition to participate in
  • Select “Finalize Registration”.
  • Select “Confirm Registration”
  • Select “Price and Discounts”
    • A text box appears
  • Select the dot with the 3 line stack
    • A pop up dialog box appears
      • A List of products to purchase.
    • Enter your Coupon Code in the “Discount Code” input box.
      • Returns to previous screen
  • Select the “Make or Review Payments” button.
    • The unpaid orders screen appears
  • Select the checkbox next to the order to pay.
  • Select “Payment Method” (Credit Card)
    • Review order
  • Select the button “Check out”
  • Complete transaction.
  • Pass and competition list will be sent to the email provided
    • Bring to SDM registration desk
